Thank you for shopping with Wag & Well. We work hard to process and ship each order with care. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods (holidays, new product launches, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

If we experience delays, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note: Carriers may experience delays beyond our control, especially during peak seasons.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable promotions or free-shipping offers will be applied at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Wag & Well is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for these issues.

We will always help provide tracking information and support where possible.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Wag & Well is not responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer

  • Additional shipping fees required to resend an order

If the package is returned to us and needs to be reshipped, the customer is responsible for new shipping charges.


7. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Photos of the damaged packaging or items

  • Your order number

We will review the issue and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.


8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
