At Wag & Well, every box is carefully curated with pet treats, toys, and seasonal items. Because of the nature of our products, certain restrictions apply. Please review the policy below before completing your purchase.
Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. All sales are final.
Refunds are only issued under the circumstances listed below. To qualify, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us with:
Order number
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Brief description of the issue
Upon review, we may provide a replacement item, store credit, or refund — at our discretion.
If you received the wrong item or are missing an item from your box, contact us within 7 days and we will correct the issue at no cost to you.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Pet preference issues (e.g., dog does not like a toy or treat)
Allergies or sensitivities — please review product details prior to purchase
Wear and tear from normal dog use
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs
Failed delivery due to refusal or unavailability at the time of delivery
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
For carrier-related issues, you may file a claim directly with the shipping provider.
Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing or shipment. Once an order is being prepared or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
